The EDBT/ICDT 2013 conference registration includes access to the scientific programme, conference documentation, coffee and lunches according to the programme, welcome reception (March 19, 2013), conference dinner (March 20, 2013) and workshop day (March 22, 2013).
Students are required to bring along a proof of their status.
Additional tickets for accompanying persons (including welcome reception and social dinner) can be obtained with an extra charge of 100 Eur.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until January 30, 2013. Up to such date the 75% of the amount will be refunded. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after January 30, 2013, nor for no-shows for any reasons. All refunds will be processed after the end of the Congress.
Registration Process
Step 1
Registration can be done in two different ways:
- registration by form (payment through bank transfer or credit card);
- on-line registration (payment by credit card).
In order to be entitled to the early bird rate, the payment must be done by January, 30th 2013. It is NOT sufficient to send the filled registration form without evidence of payment.

Please take a few moments to fill in the following information. Knowing your arrival and departure approximate dates will help us in planning conference room size and social events. We remark that Lunches, Social Events, and Workshop participation will be included in the Conference Fee. Thank you for your collaboration.

- Name and date of birth as it appears on your passport
- Passport number and country of citizenship
- If you are the author of any papers or demos accepted for the conference, please provide the title
and, as soon as you have completed the conference registration, we will email you a visa support letter in pdf.
